Professional seeking room NW11+ £850 pcm

Hi! I’m a professional aged 26 looking for a room in Willesden, Cricklewood, West Hampstead or Golders Green. Budget is up to £850 plus bills (with a bit of flexibility) and I’m a graduate so paying council tax. Would ideally be looking to move from 25th-30th September my old tenancy expires on 30th. I am looking to live in a mixed household of respectful and tidy professionals of a similar age (23-30).

A bit about me at home:

I am a cellist and would need to spend some days at home practising, though I am hoping to find an external place to go as well! This would occur during working hours some days and will vary according to what I am preparing for.

Other than that I consider myself pretty quiet and respectful. I enjoy cooking and like to use the kitchen for a proper meal once or twice a week if the schedule allows. I am always happy to socialise and have a chat when I’m up and about but I am usually a bit of an hermit after about 9 / 10 pm.

I have a very mixed schedule of being 100% at home and out all day until late for teaching and gigs, including weekends. I expect I will also be away travelling for work sometimes.

I like a clean house with minimal mess and good levels of responsibility for cleaning - I’m pretty chill if everyone, myself included, is mucking in.

My girlfriend and I like to hang and cook / watch a film together some evenings, we always aim to clean as soon as possible for the next person.

I can provide excellent references, UK-based guarantor and bank statements for proof of timely rent payment.
