Couple + Dog. Friendly house share wanted!

Looking in Exeter/ Bristol / Bath / Frome / Totnes

Hello,

We are Emma & Gemma - A couple looking for a friendly, community-minded house share OR a one - two bedroom private flat / house. We come with our playful & affectionate dog (Spaniel - 4 years old). We are currently based in Sussex but are looking to move to Devon or Somerset, ideally at the beginning of November 2025.

In the long term, we are wanting to buy, ideally in Bristol / Exeter, but would like to rent first and get to know the area better. We are looking for somewhere for minimum 6 months - 1 year, but would consider longer.

I (Emma, 34) am a self-employed Health Coach and am currently in the midst of training as a Psychotherapist and Gemma (40) works full time in reservations for hospitality / events groups - Commuting one day per week to the office in London and working remotely the rest of the week.

We both love travelling, nature and the outdoors, health and wellbeing. We are social, open minded/hearted individuals and love to create a warm, welcoming, clean and tidy home space.

We would love to be part of a creative, vibrant and respectful community-minded house share, but are also open to renting our own space in a one-two bedroom flat/house. Our maximum budget is £1,200 per month.

A garden is essential and the house would ideally be close to local parks, nature reserves or open fields. A car parking space would be great too, as we have a car.
