Double Room/1 Bedroom Flat Wanted in Exeter

Hello,

I am relocating from Sussex to Devon later this year and am looking for somewhere from the 1st of September.

I am looking for a double room in a warm & welcoming house share OR a self - contained studio / one bedroom flat in central Exeter.

If sharing with house-mates, I would preferably like to share with women or mixed-gender household, rather than a male-only household.

I am 34 and work self-employed in the holistic health field (part - time) and am also in the process of training in Counselling / Psychotherapy.

I love travelling, nature, photography, walking, swimming, yoga, meditation, dancing, singing, reading, theatre, live music & cinema.

I consider myself a sociable, open-minded and warm-hearted person and love to create a relaxed, welcoming, clean and tidy home. I also very much enjoy my solo time and like to retreat into my own space.

A parking space would be a great bonus, as I have a car.
