Hi! I'm Ekmel, a 26-year-old postgraduate student from Turkey, starting my MSc in Banking and Finance at King's College London this September. I'm a Chevening Scholar, with my studies and living expenses fully funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, ensuring reliable rent payments throughout my tenancy.
What I'm looking for:

Single room (furnished or unfurnished)
Available from 20th September 2025 to September 2026
Budget: £800-1,200 pcm (depending on location and facilities)
Ideally within 45 minutes of King's College London (Waterloo/London Bridge campuses)
Happy with shared bathroom/kitchen

About me as a housemate:

Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
Non-smoker
Quiet and studious - my priority is my Masters degree
Enjoy cooking and happy to share meals occasionally
Friendly but respectful of others' privacy
No pets
Happy to help with household chores and maintain a positive living environment

Preferred areas:
Flexible on location but interested in: Zone 1-3 with good transport links to central London. Areas like Greenwich, Bermondsey, Elephant & Castle, Vauxhall, or anywhere with reasonable access to King's.
