Looking for a Studio (Long-Term)

A little about me:

Male, aged 30–40

European (all documents and taxes in order)

Working and studying full time

Smoker, but never indoors (a garden would be a bonus)

Requirements:

Studio or a double room with private bathroom

Private parking (not first come first served or whatever, private parking space is a must)

Unfurnished (I already have everything I need and prefer an empty room). And if you’re about to offer me an unfurnished property for the same price as a furnished one, please don’t bother. You and I both know they’re not of the same value, so let’s not waste each other’s time.
