Room or Studio/Annex for House Proud Person

Hello. I'm looking for a Annex/Studio or Room, preferably ensuite but perhaps only sharing bathroom with 1 other, all bills included, in a quiet area, Live in Landlord. My budget is between £600-£850 per month. Quite urgent now as l was let down last minute due to the owners unable to have someone on a full time permanent basis in the end. I'm extremely house-proud, quiet, happy to watch TV and make tea in my own room. I have a good sense of humour. I'm not a cook, just oven or microwave cooking. I enjoy walking, sea air and Architecture. I was widowed last year but do have grown up family for support. Happy for the room to be furnished or unfurnished. Thank you. Kind regards. Kay x
