Ensuite, Studio or Annexe for House Proud Person

Hello. I'm looking for a long term rental, either an Ensuite Room, Studio or Annexe, with a simple Lodger's Agreement or Letter please. I'm extremely house-proud. I'm happy to watch TV, only a couple of hours in the evenings, and make tea in my own room (if ensuite) but l am sociable. I'm not a cook really, mainly microwave and salads etc. I do have a written Tenant's Reference Letter to show. I'm a very open person and strongly believe in transparency. Totally trustworthy and respectful of others property and privacy. Unfortunately, l was let down last minute due to the owners unable to have someone on a full time permanent basis in their garden studio. I enjoy walking, sea air and Architecture. I'm a non smoker and no pets. I was widowed last year but do have grown up family for support. Thank you. Kind regards. Kay x
