Hello. I'm looking for a long-term rental -studio, annexe or 1 bed apartment (no sharing, thank you)- with a Lodger's or Tenancy Agreement and little photos of the property please. No HMOs, thank you. I'm extremely house-proud, OCD with the cleaning, quiet, and have a written reference letter to show. I'm a very open person and strongly believe in transparency. Totally trustworthy and respectful of others' property and privacy. I enjoy walking, countryside/beach, architecture and interior design. I am a non-smoker with no pets. I was widowed 21 months ago but do have family for support. I am looking in the areas highlighted in my advert but open minded and have a budget between £750 pcm -£900 pcm, depending on the property, with bills included, if possible, please.
