Hello....... My name is Kay. I am a non-working lady looking for a long-term self-contained studio, annexe or flat to rent - please may l have photos if you reply, thank you. My passion is for Architecture and keen interest in Interior Design. I enjoy walking by the sea or in the countryside, with a coffee stop along the way. I am extremely house-proud, clean, and a non-smoker with no pets. I have been through bereavement, so I am looking for a peaceful, quiet environment where I can settle down long-term either by the coast, rural or quiet area. I would like to sign a tenancy/lodgers agreement. I have my finances fully secured to cover the rent/bills etc. Please note - l do not work anymore. l have grown up children and grandchildren who l visit. Thank you for your time. Kind regards. Kay
