34/event producer -Share a w1 sanctuary with me

Moving back to London to launch a hospitality start-up after nearly a decade in LA working as an event and festival producer.

I’m social and love connecting with people, but my home is my sanctuary. I like to keep it clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Occasional dinner parties or friends over is great, but I’m not looking to bring the party home all the time.. Im a good cook and pay attention to detail so our home will likely always have fresh flowers and an overflowing fruit bowl.

I’m hoping to find flatmates who are independent, mindful, and positive. People with their own lives who also appreciate good energy at home. For me, home is a place to reset and ground.

I also come with a 10-year-old Pomeranian girl, she’s sweet, well-trained, and always happy to be around people (especially if you’ll give her some strokes).

I have already found a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in marylebone which i have out down a holding deposit for. Move in date Nov 26th. If you are interested in taking the second bedroom please reach out to me and i will gladly share photos and videos, the second bedroom is 1575 a month + bills as has its own private bath in the hallway but if you really want the en-suite we can talk about that too as im not married to it.
