35 Professional looking for a double room

Hi everyone,

My name is Victor. I am a Primary teacher working in Wandsworth. I am in pursuit of a double room in a nice, tidy and chill household, preferably with just one more housemate (but open to live with more people if there is a positive and respectful atmosphere in the house). My budget is around £1000 + bills. I’m mostly looking for in Wandsworth, Putney and Battersea area.

I moved to London from Spain around 11 years ago and I’m still enjoying this city very much. When I’m not in school, I like reading and listening to music. I love cooking and trying new recipes with some banter and wine involved. I’m into exercising and enjoying time outdoors as well. I like maintaining a clean and tidy house as it gives me peace and positivity. Occasionally, I bring a few friends around for a chill nice meal or a catch up over some drinks.

As I am a teacher, I am out of the house from Monday to Friday for all day and I do not bring any work home. I also have a very cute dog (Polly) with my ex, and I might be out for a few days looking after her.

I just need a double bed, some storage and big windows if possible for as much light as possible. Also, a bit of space for lots of books and a few plants. It would be ideal to have a bit of storage for my bike in the house too.

No smokers please. Very happy to move to a LGBTQ+ household.
