Hi I am looking for a room to let as am divorced from my ex wife and am currently staying in Crediton but have to leave the current accomadation as his son will be staying there and needs the room. I am a JIB Electrician and looking for somewhere to live. I am hardworking and can help with work like decorating and maintenance if need be. I am saving up for a van to ply my trade in the Devon and Cornwall area. I would pay cash around £400 per month and am not fussy really. Please enquire if you have anything suitable.
