Mid-November: Ground Floor or Lift Access

Moved here with the ex for new adventures. Found myself alone and disabled, instead! In May I dismantled the life I had built here and went to Asia for a few months to heal, save some money, and get ready for a reboot. I have a visa and right to rent, but I need some time to get things sorted after divorce.

I'm quiet. Work from home. Can keep to myself, or vibe with someone where there's a connection. You can expect me to be super-considerate and respectful. I'm very diplomatic but forthright.

My disability means stairs are an issue in terms of having to go up and down from bedroom/home office to kitchen all the time. Something ground-floor or a flat with lift access would be wonderful. Pet-free and smoke free are best for me.

I can manage a tub/shower situation but a walk-in shower would be ideal. An en suite would be most comfortable but not necessarily a deal-breaker.

I am mostly an introvert so I need a lot of alone time. Living with someone who either travels a lot or is out at work all day would be fab. But I'm adaptable, so it's not a dealbreaker to have another WFH person. Who knows, perhaps friendship can develop! Lord knows if you WFH you understand how isolating that can get.

I run hot and like a cool room, so I expect my heating needs to be low. In my flat in Cardiff I didn't turn the heat on once all last winter. That said it was a steady 18C in there, the whole time. As well, my showers are short and I almost always wash my clothes on cold so hot water isn't wasted away, either.
