Young professional looking to rent in Gosforth

Hi! I'm a young professional working as a Patient Coordinator for an NHS therapy charity. I also run a youth theatre group and am frequently involved in musicals and plays. I am 24 years old but I am very responsible and am not a rowdy housemate by any stretch. If you were open to it, I'm always happy to cook house meals and have film/game nights together. I'm open to living with anyone so long as you're kind and respectful of others. My ideal accommodation would be a double room with a good sized kitchen, a decent bathroom and ideally some communal living space. I don't want to rent a box room as I like to have my own space, so the room would need to be a livable size but I don't require a huge room by any means.
