Description

Hi, I’m Aubrey!
I’m currently studying for my master’s at the University of Manchester and will be graduating this December. At the moment, I’m doing an internship at a tech company and usually work in the office four days a week, so I’m not home during the day on weekdays. On weekends, I co-run an outdoor activity group with a friend, so I usually spend one day hiking, climbing, or just traveling around. Sometimes I also like to take one quiet day on the weekends to myself at home to just relax and recharge, but I’ll always be very peaceful.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a quiet and peaceful home environment. Occasionally I might have 1–2 friends over for dinner or a chat, but I don’t throw parties. I used to work in the comedy industry for two years, so I really appreciate living with people who are easy-going, friendly and respectful of each other’s space.

I’ve recently found a lovely 2B2B flat for £1,500 (excluding bills), Council Tax Band D, and EPC rating C (the highest score of this rate). It’s about a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station.

Since I’ll still be a student until the end of this year, I’m eligible for a council tax discount and happy to split it with a flatmate. In terms of rent payments, I can provide a guarantor, but I’m also open to paying 6 months upfront together if that works better.
