Hi! I’m Tristan, a civil servant on an advanced engineering apprenticeship, looking for a welcoming, sociable home in London. Budget is around £700 (with bills included).

I’m hoping to find a household where flatmates enjoy each other’s company — think chatty evenings, shared meals, movie nights, music, and the occasional drinks night — while still respecting personal space, quiet time, and early mornings (I work from home some days).

I’d love to live somewhere where friends are welcome to visit, and where I can also get to know my flatmates’ friends. I’m tidy and considerate, and I really value keeping a comfortable, relaxed vibe at home.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, exploring new places, and being outdoors.
