Creative, easygoing tenant with a lovely dog

Hi, I’m Cat — 31, self-employed, and running a small business restoring vintage boots (though I’m exploring new creative paths too). I’m passionate about art, writing, sustainability, nature and humanitarian causes. I'm setting up some off grid static caravans but need an escape where the electrics are stable 😅

I live a fairly slow and intentional lifestyle — healthy cooking (mostly veggie), daily walks, and creative projects. Extra space for crafting would be incredible. I’m clean, considerate, and enjoy a calm, friendly home environment where people respect each other’s space but can also share a chat, a cup of tea and the occasional dinner party - and maybe even some activities if we hold similar interests.

I come with Mr Crowley, my well-behaved dog. He’s very friendly with people, ignores other dogs and will chase away but never harm cats - but if you have one we probably won't be for you. He's my only non negotiable. I'd prefer at least 1 female in the household, but also open to sharing with men.

I’m looking for a room for 6–12 months, ideally somewhere peaceful but well connected with a bit of outdoor space. Budget ideally no more than 650 pcm.
