Hey! I'm Muiz! I'm a student studying M. Sc. in Artificial Intelligence at Aberystwyth University. My degree course is finishing soon. I'm in search of accommodation to occupy from 3rd of September, 2025. I'm looking for a shared house with affordable rent preferably including all bills and council tax.

Regarding accommodation specifications, I expect house with furnished room with wardrobe, study-table, etc., and utilities such as washing-machine, dryer, etc. House near to shopping stores, bus stop, easy transport facilities.

I expect potential flatmate to be friendly, respectful, and a hygienic person.
