Here’s what I’m looking for
✔️ A medium-sized room with a comfortable double or small double bed
✔️ A clean and hygienic flat (cleanliness is not negotiable)
✔️ No mould/damp
✔️ Ideally upper floor instead of ground lvl/ garden (spiders etc.)
✔️ Bathtub preferred (shower + tub = heaven), or both
✔️ Strong WiFi that actually works, even for streaming and remote work
✔️ A place where people are respectful of noise and shared spaces
✔️ Not too many flatmates - I value a calm home vibe, not hostel chaos
✔️ Working heating during colder months
✔️ A kitchen or lounge table area where I can eat or vibe out a little
✔️ Tumble dryer would be amazing, but not a deal-breaker
✔️ Pets are totally welcome, I don’t mind them at all
✔️ House with a garden preferred over a block of flats but again not a deal-breaker
✔️ If neighbours or flatmates are extremely noisy especially night time - it’s a no

I don’t need anything too fancy in the room itself. A bed, wardrobe, bedside table is enough for me. 💫 Minimalist, sleek, peaceful. That’s the mood I’m after.

I’d like to share a flat with people around my age (especially women) so we are not just strangers to each other - I love a chill chat or wine night/ occasional party in the right vibe - I’m the kind of person who’ll bring wine and dessert to share, but also respect your Netflix-binge nights!
