Looking for a room on Canning Town/ Royal Victoria

Hi! My name is Irati Mendez. I’m from the north of Spain, and I’m currently finishing my degree in Industrial Engineering, hopefully graduating this July. At the moment, I’m working as an intern helping with the release of the new DLR fleet. Once I finish my degree, I’ll start working there full-time.

I’m looking to move in around the 29th of August, more or less. I’m currently still in London, but I’ll be going back to Spain on the 1st of July, so I’m hoping to have the flat situation sorted before then.

I’m looking to rent a room around the Canning Town or Royal Victoria area, preferably near a DLR station. I’m also interested in apartment complexes that offers gym facilities and other amenities like pools or communal areas.

A little about me: I’m clean, organized, and easy-going. I love cooking, and I’m always happy to share meals or have a chat. I’d enjoy living in a place that’s calm but still sociable, where people are open to spending time together. I’ve lived with roommates for the past four years, so I’m very used to sharing spaces and keeping a good atmosphere at home.
