Looking for a room near Royal Infirmary

I am moving back to the UK from the USA to take up a Fellowship at the University of Edinburgh on the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh campus. I'm looking for a room for about 6 months, starting from the last week of September or first week of October, while I look for a permanent home. My wife is going to be staying with family down in Cheshire, and as I am only required to be in the office 3-4 days a week, my plan was that I would be in Cheshire most weekends, and be in the room 3-4 nights per week.
