Room Wanted – Late September Move-In

Hello,

I am about to complete my postgraduate studies and am looking for a place with good transport links and close amenities while I search for full-time work and take up part-time opportunities. I don't have any lined up yet but I am hoping I can find one soon enough hence the requirement for good transport facilities. I’m hoping to rent a room from the last week of September 2025.

Ideally, I’d like a furnished room that is:
Well connected by public transport.
Close to shops and everyday amenities.
In a clean and quiet environment.

Contract-wise, I’d be happy with any (even with an initial 6-month agreement), but I would prefer some flexibility to move out earlier if I secure work in another city — provided I can serve a notice period (ideally 1 month or less).

A little about me:
Recent postgraduate, responsible and easy-going.
Quiet by nature, though I enjoy football and getting along with housemates.
Vegetarian, but I’m comfortable with others cooking/eating non-veg as long as the kitchen is kept clean and my choices are respected.
I don't smoke and I don't have any pets.
