Dan, 21 - Looking for a space.

Hi, I’m Dan - 21, working full time and currently helping building a nationwide startup in the transport and services sector. My work has me travelling a lot and I’m often out for long hours, so I’m looking for a comfortable, well kept place to call home that fits a busy but calm lifestyle.

I’m open on location. Ideally somewhere between Bristol and the Midlands, but I’m flexible. The main thing for me is finding the right property in the right environment. Parking is essential as I rely on my vehicle daily, and an EV charger on site would be a huge bonus. I’m mainly looking for a modern double room, studio, or self contained space with enough room for a workspace.

I’m also very open to teaming up with someone to find a place together if the right match comes along, especially if you’re another young professional who values a tidy, chilled home.

A bit about me: I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going. I’m not a huge partier, I don’t bring noise or mess, and I treat wherever I live with care. Most of my time is spent working, travelling, or focusing on my business, so I tend to be low-maintenance and out of the house quite a lot.
