Looking for a social, comfortable & homely house

Hi, I’m 27 and work in site production for events - festivals, brand activations, the fun stuff! Been doing it for nearly a decade, which means I travel a fair bit and my schedule’s not the most predictable. Silver lining: you’ll sometimes have the place to yourself.

When I am home, I'm after somewhere that properly feels like a home with fun and easy going people. Somewhere relaxed and welcoming, not just a place to crash. I’m tidy, sociable, and love hanging out — whether that’s cooking together, putting on some records, or binge-watching something trash tv.

Stuff I’m into: electronic music, architecture, concrete buildings (Preston Bus Station, yum), dinner parties, exhibitions, spontaneous adventures out of London, and getting lost in the city. I’d definitely consider myself a “yes” person. My favourite album is Madonna's Confessions of the Dance Floor, and I'm a huge fan of a dairy lea dunker.

I also come with a good record collection, some nice artwork, and vintage furniture - plus, fair warning, I own more lamps than and house plants than strictly necessary.

I’ve already got a solid network of friends here, but I’d love to live somewhere I can actually be part of the house vibe - people doing their own thing, but up for hanging out and having a laugh too.
