29 yr old looking for flatmates!

Hi! I’m Julia, an American 🇺🇸 looking for flatmates in London! Here’s a little bit more about me and what I’m looking for - please send me a message if you think we’d be a good fit!

☀️👩🏻‍💻Work: I have worked in the renewable energy industry for the past 5 years. I’m currently looking for work in London (I have the right to work through my visa), ideally in a job where I’m WFH for no more than 2 days per week. If proof of income is required by a landlord, I’m happy to discuss solutions for how I can meet that requirement until I find a job - please still reach out!

🥾🍰Hobbies: Outside of work I love to go to yoga, hike, walk around parks, take art classes, bake, read, try new restaurants, and travel.

What I’m looking for:
- Double bedroom, ideally furnished
- Female flatmates in their mid-late 20s or early 30s who are social and are down for the occasional dinner, pub quiz, drinks, brunch, or a night in watching reality tv. Would be awesome to forge friendships but also no expectation that we would end up doing everything together.
- Flatmates who are clean, tidy, and non-smoking
- I’m open to a variety of locations within London, so long as it stays within my budget and there are transportation links/access to groceries/gyms/shops/restaurants nearby.
- While I like to have an occasional dinner party or grab a drink/do an activity in the evening after work, I don’t like to go out to clubs. I’d prefer not to live with flatmates who are frequent partiers on the weekends.
- Must be cat friendly! I have the sweetest ginger cat who is well behaved. I need to live with others who are okay living with an indoor cat. 🐈 Preferrably no dogs already living in the flat.
