Flat/apartment / attic flat / separate annex

Hey,
I’m Richie,
I currently live in beddau with my partner but looking to run my own home, ideally moving in end of October in Pontypridd talbot green and surround areas..
I’m a gay man and have my little Bella who’s an indoor cat a kitten I had 3 months ago so she’ll my girl and I’ll need her to come with me.
I’m looking for a flat or an attic room / attic flat or a self contained annex with parking access to garden.
Basically I want my own living room bedroom kitchen and bathroom like a flat or an apartment.
I don’t want to house share or rent just one room.
I moved out 8 years ago and I don’t want to share with strangers going forward I’m used to living on my own or with my partner, I like my own space and I’m very house proud, having bills included in the rent PCM would be ideal and I’m looking for long term rent.
I work full time as a support worker I work 12 hour shift I also have a little cleaning job before my night shifts, so I’ll either be in work or sleeping.
I don’t like trouble so they’ll be no issues living in your properties I’m just desperate for my own space and security.
