Hello! We are Hannah and Connor, a long-term couple moving from New Zealand to London in early November and looking for a new home.
What we’re looking for:
A 1 bedroom/studio OR a double room in a shared flat (ensuite preferred)
Move-in: from 22nd November (flexible if necessary)
Budget: around £1300 per month (happy to discuss, ideally bills included)
Furnished or semi-furnished (a bed at minimum)
Features we’d love: ensuite bathroom (if in shared space), natural light, fresh air/ventilation, balcony or outdoor space, washing machine
Location: West and South West London, also open to other areas with good transport links across London (Zone 2 preferred)
Stay length: long-term
About us: We are in our late 20s, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I (Hannah) work in the arts and Connor works in architecture. We both enjoy cooking, history, exploring the city, and keeping our space feeling homely. Neither of us are smokers or big drinkers, and we enjoy our down time.
