Looking for Flatmates

Hey I’m Kayleigh. I’m moving to Newcastle for my work for a year and have been looking at flats in Jesmond, Gosforth, Heaton but I’m flexible on area if the right property is there. I’m a civil servant, who enjoys going to gigs and going to the cinema as well as the pub and would like to be friends with my flatmates. But I also values my own space so make sure I am respectful of others. I would be travelling back home to scotland frequently or working in the office so I would not always be in the flat but would be interested in buddying up with a couple of girls to see if we could get a lovely flat for us. I have a budget of around 800pcm. Thank you
