I'm Ruizhe and I'm looking for my next place to stay in either Brighton or Manchester. I'm open to both cities depending on the right opportunity.

I graduated with a master's degree earlier this year. I'm tidy, considerate, and appreciate a friendly atmosphere at home while respecting privacy and personal space. I keep quite a busy schedule, though I enjoy getting to know the people I live with. I occasionally return home late, but I'm always mindful of noise. I have savings and references available.

What I'm looking for
A tenancy agreement preferred.
Easy access to the city centre.
An LGBT-friendly household if sharing.
