I am a professional.
I and my partner are looking for a one or two bedroom flat/apartment to move in late October or 1st week of November. We would prefer the following:
- 1 or 2 bedrooms (Not Studio) and under 900 pounds
- EPC rating of at least C
- Serene environment
- Being furnished or semi-furnished would be a plus
- Kitchen separate to lounge/living area (this is nota strong requirement and we are open to other options)
- At most a 30 minutes bus ride to the city center (the closer the better)
