Looking for room in Southside Glasgow

Hi! I'm a 23-year-old professional currently working as a Duty Manager in the hospitality industry, looking for a room in South Glasgow or East Renfrewshire.

I currently have a tenancy until the 14th of september but I can also move in ASAP and ideally want a long-term let of at least a year. My maximum budget is around £600 PCM, including bills.

A bit about me: I'm generally quite quiet and easygoing at home, but I also enjoy socialising and would be happy to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate(s).In my spare time, I enjoy film, TV, music and sports.

I work around 40 hours per week in hospitality, so my working days and hours can vary. I'm a non-smoker and consider myself a clean and respectful person to live with. Im not claiming to be perfect and can occasionally let things slip, but I believe in keeping shared spaces to a good, mutually agreed standard!

I'm ideally looking to live with another professional or someone who can contribute towards the council tax and household costs. I'd also like to live with someone who values a similar standard of cleanliness.

I'm looking for a furnished room, if possible, although I'm flexible. Parking would be a bonus but isn't essential. I don't require an en-suite either.

I do have a partner who I see regularly, so I'd need a flatmate who is comfortable with them visiting occasionally. Of course, I would always be respectful of the home and ensure visits don't negatively affect anyone else living there.
