Professional seeking a single room

Hello! I’m Mohamed (he/him). I’ve just completed my Master’s at the University of Edinburgh.

I’m looking for a comfortable, well-kept room in a friendly and respectful household — ideally with professionals or postgraduates who value both a calm home and occasional good conversation. Central or South Edinburgh is preferred (Newington, Marchmont, Bruntsfield, etc.) with a budget around £600 pcm.

A little about me: I’m tidy, dependable, and considerate, with plenty of experience living in shared flats. I keep shared spaces spotless and like a home to feel peaceful and welcoming. My lifestyle is balanced — early gym sessions, evening walks through The Meadows, hiking the Pentlands on weekends, reading with soft music, and exploring Edinburgh’s green spaces.

I’d love to live somewhere where flatmates respect each other’s space but also enjoy the occasional chat, shared meal, or coffee together.
