Large studio or 1 bed flat needed - March 2026

Hi everyone! Happy new year 🥳 I’m Charlotte 👋🏼 26 years old and working full time.

I’ve just been served notice by my current landlord who is taking possession of their house. I have to vacate on the 21st of March.

I am seeking a 1 bedroom apartment or a large studio to rent that includes parking for my car.

I have a stable, full time job. I am quiet, professional and very clean. Some may say ‘too clean’ but that’s the way I like it 😃. Hobbies include going to the gym, hiking, reading, music and theatre.

I know I’m ‘early’ to the market but having something lined up would put my mind at ease.

My current landlord will be able to provide a good reference.
