Room wanted near Bioquarter- 23F, PhD Student

Hi, I am Tiasa (23F). I will be starting my PhD this October from UoE Bioquarter campus, so looking to rent a room at a reasonable distance from it.

I am a postgrad from UCL and have lived in London since 2024, so I am familiar with housesharing and being respectful, clean and tidy.

I enjoy going out for a cheeky pint, socialising, reading, cooking (my friends rate me "not an idiot sandwich"/10), and discussing the political and economic state of the world:)

I am open to both female and male flatmates, students and professionals, queer and allies, smokers and non-smokers- just don't be racist and clean up after yourself is all I ask for. I would prefer to have an en-suite or, at most, another person sharing the washroom with me.

I am looking for properties in EH8, EH9, EH16, and EH17.
