Looking for spare room in Brighton and Hove area

My name is Sachi, I'm 23, and just recently finished up a degree at the University of Brighton for English Literature and Creative Writing. I'm looking to move into a new flat/house in mid-October.
A bit about me: I moved to England from California about four years ago and have fallen completely in love with Brighton. I've loved exploring the area; the Seven Sisters park and Stanmer park are a couple favorites.
As I'm sure you can tell from my degree, I love reading and writing. I'm big into fantasy and speculative fiction (my favorite fantasy book is The Spear Cuts Through Water) and even play DnD on some weekends.
I am a bit of homebody when it gets cold so it would be nice to have a flatmate I can have a conversation over tea with, and for the flat/house to feel like a home. Keeping communal spaces clean and communication about shared expenses is also a big priority for me.
