Friendly Professional Looking for 1 Bed or Studio

Hi, I’m Simone, a full-time professional working in compliance with stable income. I’m relocating to Manchester for work and looking for a self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat where I can settle long term. I’m tidy, reliable with rent, and easy to deal with. I don’t smoke and have no pets.

My budget is up to £950pcm, with bills included preferred but I’m flexible depending on the property. The areas I’m most interested in are Salford Quays, MediaCity, Trafford, or anywhere with good tram or bus links into the city centre. I’m looking to move from the 1st of October , ideally on a 6–12 month tenancy.
