Single Male Sheffield Location Sharing

Hi, I'm Mark.

I'm looking to move at the end of my tenancy in Sheffield centre around 14th November.

I work in the centre of Sheffield and I am looking to house share.

Open to semi furnished, well maintained, close to all amenities, local bus routes, and space for a bike if available.

Looking for a price that includes all bills including council tax if possible.

Prefer a semi shared bathroom or private depending on price.

I work full time but have flexibility from home too.

I do have a dog I co parent, if this were a possibility? He is a poodle and hypoallergenic. If not I would find alternative plan for him and would still be interested.

I like to keep to my own space but would never turn down a coffee and a chat. I like gaming and football, but love music though am generally quite a quiet person. I enjoy occasional pub trips and music venues. I don't drink often but for an occasion I'm down. I enjoy hanging out and watching a film or game nights.
