Hi, I am looking for a house/flatshare with a double room and either an ensuite or sharing the bathroom with a maximum of two people. I would prefer an all female flat or a balanced mixed household (I do not want to be the only woman in the house). My budget is 1300 a month with all bills included.

I am usually quite busy so will keep to myself but I am quite friendly! I will be completing my Master's by Research (translational cancer medicine) at KCL for the next 12 months, which will operate on a 40h workweek. I plan on staying in London following its completion to begin my career. I am American but have been based in the UK for 7 years, not on a student visa.

My interests include, weightlifting, swimming, visual art, nature and anything nerdy!
