Home for 2 young women

Hello, I am looking for a small 2 - 3 bed property for me and my best freind. Ian a professional zookeeper with a bachelors degree, with job roles already lined up for the area. My best freind is a young single mother, (4 months old) currently on UC and hoping to move off of her mums sofa. I understand not alot of landlord consider Universall credit, but we can provide references from renting at uni and guarantors if nessisiary. Ideally we would be longer term tenants until we both progress into our individual adult lives (2 - 3) years. However I cannot afford to relocate alone and due to her recent chnage in family status she has very little to build off of. We would love a property that would consider pets, as an animal professional I belive no home is comeptle without a fuzzy or not so fuzzy freind. But we also comepletly respect the landlords descions and property. We are both quiet outdoorsy individuals that would to be given the chance to start our joint first adult home togther.
