Looking for buddy or unfurnished room

I am a second year PhD student looking for someone to buddy up with or an available room. I'm happy to be sociable or keep to myself. I'm often busy in the evenings and away at weekends for caving trips or visiting people. I like to keep my place clean and I'm happy with either something non-structured or a cleaning rota. I already own some furniture including a bed, sofa, and desk that i would like to keep if possible. My office and lab is based on Byres Road but I cycle so I'm looking for anywhere within a half hour cycle of the West End.
I'm looking for other students ideally for a full council tax exemption. I do have guaranteed income for the next few years so I could share with a professional as well. An LGBTQ friendly home would be a plus :)
