1 adult - flat or single/double room

I'm Gill, looking for a new room either In a Shared house or a 1 bedroom flat.
Existing flat is being sold and have a couple months to sort new living situation

Been living in st geoege area passed 2 years n have grown up in Bristol so very familiar with city and can't escape it as it's a beauty.

Looking for a safe friendly environment with some down to earth people living life.
The Ability to be social aswell as have my own space, previously lived with range of people of different ages n find thst dynamic works.
spend a good amount of time out whether it's work or keeping busy n hobbies.
Also enjoy relaxing watching films and down time.

I'm clean and respectful and hope others would be too, trying to avoid too much of a party house. Still love music n a get together but don't actually drink anymore n trying to move away from that.

Work wise I'm a self employed builder/carpenter and also do some work in catering on occasion.

Some storage and place to store/lock a bike would be a bonus
