Looking for a Double Room in London Zone 1-2

Hey!! This is Kris 24y old, from Athens-Greece, moving down from Manchester after 5 years as a mature student at the University of Westminster . Move in by mid-Sept to early Oct (can be flexible if needed)

Looking for a well-connected place, ideally walking distance or a direct train to UoW, with a decent double room (desk + wardrobe). Budget’s around £850 incl. bills ideally closer/under to £800 in Zone 1+2, but open to diff options. A park nearby would be a nice bonus too

I cook a lot, Greek food included (so if you’re into feta or olive oil, we’ll be sound) but wont be taking over the kitchen. I play basketball, and between uni, training and work I’ll be busy, but still make time for good food, films, and the occasional trip to the pub. I’m very tidy, do my fair share of chores, and prefer common areas clutter-free, not looking to live in a student kitchen crime scene. Looking for flatmates that share the same boundaries.

Flatmate-wise, I’m laidback, easy to live with , active and social, but I also value and respect personal space, I appreciate alone time a lot. Quite handy too I come with my lil’ toolkit box and happy to fix anything from a squeaky door to gardening and painting jobs.
