I have student status for the 2025/26 academic year and will be continuing my studies remotely. I can guarantee income, alongside student loan. My working hours will be long days Monday-Friday, and Saturday daytimes. I am a mature, respectful, and tidy tenant and have the references to support this.
I am open to a variety of accommodation options, the only desirable factor is being located in/near central Guilford for both work and social life. Ideally furnished, however, not essential.
