Dundee Grad Student Seeking Flatmate!

Hi! Some quick & transparent info about me/what I'm looking for:

I'm starting my masters at DJCAD this September, and will be working part-time so I don't see myself being in the flat 24/7, but when I am I tend to be a bit quiet/want to hole up in my room.. that said I'm also a very social person and will probably be out fairly often as well! I'd love to room with someone who I could form a friendship with (or collaborate on art projects..), but I'm also not one to force anything and would be happy just to have each others respect! I've never had any issues with past housemates as I'm a fan of very straightforward communication. Another thing to note is I don't mind if you'd want to have parties/people over etc, as long as we had some brief communication about it! Overall, I'm just looking for a chill roomie who is looking for the same :) Happy to answer any questions though!
