Looking for a friendly house share SW :)

Hi there -

I’m seeking a double room or to share with like-minded flatmates who have similar living preferences.

Bit about me - I’m a data analytics–based professional currently with a hybrid working schedule. I am tidy, friendly, and easy to get along with - qualities that are non-negotiable!

I value a balance between socialising and independence. I row competitively, so my evenings and weekends are often occupied with training or visiting friends and family in the weekends.

While I enjoy the occasional drink or a shared meal with flatmates, I equally value private space and maintaining this balance is important to me.

I hope to live with housemates who are friendly, respectful, and appreciate a relaxed and a welcoming environment - someone who enjoys the occasional chat or shared meals but also respects personal space!

Budget: £1,250 pcm (ideally bills included, but a bit more flexible for the right place)

Move-in: End of September
