Hi there,
I’m starting my Master’s at Bournemouth University (Talbot Campus) in mid-September and my friend (also female and a masters student) and I are looking for a room in Winton or nearby, that we can share, with good links to campus. Our budget is up to £800 per month (bills included) combined.

We are tidy, considerate non-smokers who keep a study-focused routine during the week. We are respectful of shared spaces, clean up after ourselves, and are easy to communicate with. We are hoping for a furnished room with a desk, reliable Wi-Fi, bills included, and access to a kitchen and washing machine - of course, we are willing to negotiate too.

We would love to live with friendly, respectful students or professionals who like a calm home, keep things clean, and are okay with quiet hours. We are social but not party people —happy to chat or share a meal, and equally happy giving everyone their space.
