Looking for a new house mate in north west :)

I’m a clean, considerate, friendly 35 year old looking for someone similar to share a house with. Especially looking for someone who wants to create a homely vibe, checking in on each other, sharing responsibilities and just generally providing a little extra support and a friendly face to come home to.

I’ve got some time before I need to move so would like to meet someone here, get to know them a bit first and then look for a place together next year.

Ideally looking for a 2 or 3 bed, each with our own bathroom but would be willing to share if needed. Would like outside space, either a garden or a balcony and something nice and bright with decent windows. Preferably not too small so we don’t feel like we’re living on top of each other. Pretty set on Queens Park / Kensal Rise but would also consider Brondesbury, Willesden and Kilburn.

I work in live events, currently for winter wonderland but my background is in music and festivals. In my free time I like to go clubbing, to gigs, exhibitions, do yoga and Pilates and am looking to join a local choir.

I’m left wing, lgbtq+ friendly.

I’m a sober girlie, I don’t mind if you’re not (no judgement :)) but definitely looking for someone who won’t bring the party home. Would still be up for having friends over for dinner and drinks though, and want the house to feel nice and social.

I’ve lived in London for 5 years and have my own network, ideally you would be similar. Definitely would like to be friendly with housemates though, I take a lot of my own time and space but do like to know I can come back and have a natter / watch tv with my housemates if we feel like it.
