Looking for a new house mate in north west :)

I’m a clean, considerate, friendly 34 year old looking for someone similar to share a house with.

Would be open to buddy ups - I’ve seen a couple places through an agent if anyone fancies creating our own space from the beginning :)

Ideally looking for a 2 or 3 bed, each with our own bathroom but would be willing to share if needed. Would like outside space, either a garden or a balcony and something nice and bright with decent windows. Preferably not too small so we don’t feel like we’re living on top of each other.

I work in live events, currently for winter wonderland but my background is in music and festivals. In my free time I like to go to gigs, exhibitions, do yoga and Pilates and am looking to join a local choir.

I’m left wing, lgbtq+ friendly.

I’m a sober girlie, I don’t mind if you’re not (no judgement :)) but definitely looking for someone who won’t bring the party home. Would still be up for having friends over for dinner and drinks though, if we just give each other a heads up first.

I’ve lived in London for 5 years and have my own network, ideally you would be similar. Definitely would like to be friendly with housemates though, I take a lot of my own time and space but do like to know I can come back and have a natter / watch tv with my housemates if we feel like it.
