I’m a professional female, 28, looking for a friendly, homely house share where everyone enjoys spending time together rather than just co-existing, while also appreciating the importance of downtime and personal space.

I work with animals, so homes with pets are a big plus — I absolutely love being around them and am very comfortable living with animals. I’m a relaxed, considerate housemate who enjoys cooking and would love a kitchen I can properly use, as well as cosy evenings watching TV with good company.

I’m looking for a furnished double room with an en-suite, with a budget of £600–£750 pcm. I’m available to move from April when my current tenancy ends.

I’d love a home where my boyfriend and friends are welcome to visit and stay occasionally, and I’m happy to live either with a resident landlord or in an HMO, as long as the household feels welcoming and respectful.

I’m very happy to come round to meet and get to know people beforehand — ideally over a cuppa and a chat — in preparation for an April move-in.
