Dble Room Hove or Portslade by end of Oct 2025

Hello,

I’m a young mid-aged male originally from New Zealand that has lived and worked in Brighton for over 25 years.

I’m very tidy, clean, organised, respectful, friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Looking for a relaxed and comfortable space with a double room furnished or unfurnished (en suite would be a bonus, but not essential). Ideally Hove to Portslade area.

The house I’ve been renting for almost 4 years has just sold so I need to move from the end of October to mid-November latest. Longer term would suit i. e. 9+ months at least.

Presently, I have a private practice at an office, usually Wed & Thurs evenings, and online Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) work as well. I can also provide a landlord reference upon request.

I’ll be in New Zealand throughout September visiting family, but I’d be happy to do a virtual viewing while away, or meet for a chat once I’m back at the end of September. I do hope you might consider me. I’m a very considerate and reliable housemate.
