In search of a flat to rent !

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a lease starting around the beginning of November. I've just finished my MPhil in Development Studies at Oxford and am now doing the classic move to London to start a job in marketing. I'm Canadian and would love to be in a friendly and social house to meet new people.

I’ll be WFH a couple days/week and my budget is ideally under £1,000/month. I’m flexible on neighbourhoods as I’ve never lived in London and am keen to explore new areas of the city to see what feels best. I’m 24 and interested in living with girls around my age or older.

Im super excited to explore London’s pub and live music scene and am generally a pretty active person. I got really into rowing at Oxford and always love running, hiking, and a good workout class. I’ve lived in shared flats for five years now and love a dinner party and movie night too!
