Creative professional looking for east flatshare

Hi! I’m Caroline, 26, originally from NYC. I moved to London four years ago to do my Master’s at UCL and now work full-time as a Senior Marketing Officer. I’m looking for a new home, preferably in East London, and I’m open to either joining an existing flat or finding a place and starting a new lease with a flatmate.

I’ve lived alone in Hackney Wick for the past year, and while I’ve loved having my own space, I miss having flatmates!

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, at yoga, climbing, hiking, doing anything outdoors, or out with friends to a rave or a festival on the weekends. In the summer, you might even spot me floating down the canal on my paddle board! I love exploring London and trying new things, and I’m always up for a pub drink, dinner, or a spontaneous weekend plan.

I’m tidy, respectful and considerate, and I really value having a home that is clean, comfortable and well looked after. I’m looking for a place that feels social and welcoming, with a good balance of hanging out and having our own space. I’m very easygoing about things like cooking together or watching something in the evening in shared spaces, but I also really value clear communication and respecting each other’s routines. I’m happy to get a cleaner regularly if needed!
