Room wanted preferably near Worthing train station

I am recent university graduate in Artificial Intelligence, working in Worthing train station temporarily looking for a professional job. I am looking for a room to stay in for a minimum period of 4 months, could go up to 10 months. I am an easygoing flatmate, and like to keep my private space quiet, very clean and organised. I like to keep myself busy at all times, if i am not at work i will be at the gym, if not i will be on my laptop strengthening my programming skills. I go to bed early and wake up early on both working and off days.
