Room Wanted – Central London (From 29th September)

Hello, I’m a 24-year-old professional relocating from Jersey to Central London on 29th September. I am looking for a clean and modern room with an ensuite, in a house or flat share with good transport links. My preferred areas are Hammersmith, Islington or Balham, but I’m open to other options in central London.

My budget is up to £1,300 per month (all bills included). Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term let.

I’m a considerate, tidy and responsible tenant who values a peaceful home environment, while also being sociable and easy to get along with. Outside of work, I enjoy meeting up with my mates, exploring the city and watching the Arsenal.
