Room wanted for CSM Student

Hi there! I’m a Textile Design student heading into my second year at Central Saint Martins in September 2026, and I’m looking for a welcoming, drama-free flat share.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. My course is quite demanding, so I tend to spend long days at university or working on projects at home. That said, after a year in a student hostel, I’m really looking forward to living in a place where I can get to know my flatmates and enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Location-wise, I’m fairly open, but ideally somewhere within 30 minutes of the university would be perfect. I’d also prefer bills to be included in the rent to keep things simple.

I would be really happy in a mixed female/male household but not in a two-bed sharing with a male.

I’m hoping to move in around 1st September, though I can be a bit flexible for the right place.
